Custom pc biuld help

Dear fellow computer enthusiasts i am thinking of biulding my first custom pc and i need some advice. I have choosen my parts but i still wish to have some feedback if my pc is actually going to work since i indeed am a pc noob.
Storage: Toshiba 3,5 hard drive DT01ACA050 500 GB 7200rpm
RAM: Crucial CT8G4DFD8213 8GB DDR4 PC4-17000 Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.2V
Motherboard: Asrock H110 M DVS R3.0
Case: Sharkoon VS4-W Mid Tower Computer Case
CPU: Intel Pentium BX80677G4560 CPU Dual Core Kaby Lake
Power supply: Corsair VS550 12 V ATX Power Supply Unit
Graphics card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 WF OC 2GB GDDDR5 128bit 1xDVI 1xHDMI 1DP

Any feedback will be extreamly helpful and the main thing i would love to know if the pc will even start i am still not certain about the motherboard so in advance thank you for your feedback .

Not a bad choice for a budget build.

Swap the h110 board for a b250
See if you can stretch to a 1tb hard drive
That psu is not the best but on such a low power rig its less important

Is it needed to swap the h110 board since getting the b250 is quite hard for my country at a decent price

And is the PSU really that bad since im not looking to make a monster custom pc just average

If getting a h110 you have to make sure it has a 7th gen bios or it wont work.

As i said, psu isnt so bad for such a low power setup

the h110 should work with the pentium since i read some reviews for it and people said it is compatible with the pentium proccesor but i have one more question will the graphics card work with this setup

And 1 more question does it matter what kind of case it is?

It will work if the bios is up to date. You can buy a h110 but if the bios is not up to date it won't work and you will need to put in a 6th gen cpu, then update the bios before you can use the g4560

Graphics card is fine, it can handle most games on medium settings.

A bad case can have poor airflow but i don't know what's available in your country

The corsair vs series gets a lot of bad press on here, but the fact is corsair dont make dangerous power supplies.

You have a low end cpu and gpu so you will be fine with a vs550
