Custom PC Build - Advice & Help Needed

Hi, sometime soon I'm going to be building a PC, and I'm basically wondering whether I need to buy any extras (e.g. screws, cables, adapters, etc.) or if they all come with the components. I already have this PC Tool Kit:

P.S. One more thing... is it worth waiting until the release of new components to build? Either because the components I have chosen will be cheaper or because the new ones are worthwhile? (Intel Haswell-E, Intel Broadwell, DDR4 Ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 880, AMD Volcanic Islands 2.0, etc.)

So you're saying that I shouldn't wait until the new components are released?
Also, do I need to purchase any screws or cables or anything, or are they all included? (e.g. SATA cables).

No you dont need to buy any cables. And dont wait for thr new ones.

Very nice build, can tell you've done your homework!

Everything you need comes included, including the SATA cables. It looks like the mobo comes with 3 sata cables, and you'll need 3.

As for waiting, it's always a tough call. There is always something tasty coming down the line. I think I would wait for the 800 GPUs personally. But for X99 systems, personally I'd pass for a gaming system and stick with the Z97 chipset. If you have the money, you could build an X99 based system, who knows if games will make use of the extra cores in the future, hard to say. But that's a lot more money for practically no performance increase in today's games.

Intel Haswell-E and DDR4 ram are already out. Your build shouldn't have any compatibility issues, and you will always have a choice to upgrade to Broadwell. I'm not too sure if it'll be worth it since I barely did any research on them, so I can't say anything about that.. I think the build's fine also.

Looks great to me. You don't really need that pc repair kit however. All you need is a phillips/ flat head screw driver ( might need different sizes, but if you have a screw driver set you should be fine).

If you don't have a screwdriver set, I'd rather buy one of those than buying that pc repair kit.

You could wait for the 900 series to be out, and save money on certain aspects to get a 780ti, or a 6gb 780, change the hdd to a wd blue, as they are better than the black models, with a 1.4k budget, don't get a 780
