After many attempts, I think I have finally made an affordable (for me) and from what I have read a reasonably good performance PC for gaming, basically I just wanted confrimation that everything was ok with my build and if it would play high end games such as Battlefield 4 on High if not Ultra settings. Anyway here is the build.

CPU: intel Core i5 4670K 3.40Ghz
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS5X Performa
Operating System: Windows 8/8.1 (64 bit)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-HD3
Memory: 8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: 2TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB
Sound Card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Case: Zalman Z3 Plus
PSU: 700W Xigmatek

That is my rig, any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Also this build comes to £794.31 and i cannot go any higher than £800 at all. So yea thank you for any help!

The PSu is complete trash. Change it to an XFX, Antec, Seasonic, Corsair. 650w is plenty. No point to risk an expensive build to a junk PSU.

The CPU cooler is junk. Change it to a Coolermaster hyper 212 evo for sure. the cooler you have there isn't even better than the stock cooler.

Great ! i now know exactly what i need, thanks to you and everyone else for contributing. But most of all thank you tiny voices for having the patients to answer my questions over the past couple of days :)
