Im searching for a computer for my little brother

There must be thousand answers and opinions here and the nitpicking of your choices. My Take: A $600-$750 little brother budget generally sounds good. So stick with it. But I recommend to wait until after Christmas and when the big sales are hitting the deck. If this is a Holiday Gift for your little brother then just get the PC case (so there is something under the tree) and tell him the good news that he will get better parts when patient. The Hummer Case I feel however (even for the cheaper price) will not give you the bang for the buck. Yes cases are a highly emotional thing. Little brothers would be more impressed with a "Cougar Panzer Max" case at Amazon Warehouse for $92. In early 2021 there will also be a glut of used GPU's being proffered. The deep pocket elite will be dumping in mass their old NVIDIA cards in favor of the 3000 series then being readily available. At the computer show last week used RTX 1080's went for $125 and sold like hotcakes. I also think that your brother deserves a larger monitor. (27-inch) I always shop for things like this at the "Amazon Warehouse" (or renewed items) a great source and fully return-backed Amazon style. Never buy from Amazon third party vendors however. Also be sure to get a decent 'Air-Cooler' and not a AIO. The cost of SSD's are also declining big time. After the Holidays you can probably snag a better buy from a not so high brand as Samsung with even more storage space. Good luck.
