i dont know did i get it wrong but
Pump - cpu block - 240mm 30mm thick with 18 fpi radiator - 82x40x12mm radiator that would have 2 peltiers on each side,

Peltier model
Model: TEC1-12706
Size: Approx. 40mm x 40mm x 3.8mm
Voltage: 12V
Umax (V): 15V
Cooling power: Qcmax 58-65W
Imax (A): 5.8A
△Tmax(Qc=0): up to 65°C
Operates Temperature: -30°C to 83°C
Power Cord: 25-30cm

what tipe of heatsink sould i use for it? i guess small passive heatsink will not get job done.

Rad for peltiers

heatsinks i was looking at but i im sure that not enough

Any suggestion is that enough power for cpu cooling (plan to oc fx 8300 to as high as possible with vcore @ 1.55 and temps below 40C at full load.

During summer air temp here is 35-42C

Going to need a lot more information on what you are attempting to do. Also, you might wish to reconsider using aluminum in a watercooling loop, regardless what it is being used for...especially if brass, copper or nickel are also in contact with water in the loop.

Can you provide more details on what you're wanting to do?

Delphi water pump ddc28-vc dc12v 18w 1.5a
Tec would go on blue thing that looks like long water block i linked in original post
That blue rad thing that looks like big water block is 82x40mm and will have tecs on it
Plan is to go pump > blue rad thing with 4x tec on it (cold side on rad and hot onto heat sink) > cpu water block > classic 240mm rad > reservoar > pump

Power supply i plan to use HALE82 v2 700W for my system and 500W for pump, fans, tec...

So, you're looking at mixing aluminum, copper and brass in a loop. Galvanic corrosion will likely be a big concern and you'll want to use a good anti-corrosive coolant, or switch to brass, copper or nickel.

Your radiator will likely help warm the coolant rather than help cool it - 4ryan6 has already found this out in his Peltier cooling thread. You might wish to start there, first.
