I have built many PCs....but a little over a year ago I bought a PC from Cyberpower.
I am very happy with it.
Since I have had it I have done some upgrades and I have been inside it and I have looked at their work....and I was happy with it.
The machine has run flawlessly for over a year.

That being said....I can only speak for this one machine.

I understand what you are trying to say but I was told by most of my friends I know at school that knows well about computers and even my computers teacher told me to get overclock. and I only did the other two for protection so stuff doesn't break during shipping.

You need more knowledgeable friends.
If you want to OC, then you do it yourself. And its really not needed.

The other two charges? It costs extra for them to not break it?
No.

Anything else I can change instead because I removed the other 2 charges and OC but I don't know if anything else needs a fix

As was said, get a lower wattage, higher quality supply, remove those charges and the OC, I would get name brand case fans but that's not a big deal....and I think most everything else is pretty good. The thing is...no matter what you post on here for a system....it can pretty much always be debated....but I think you're doing pretty well at this point.
