I also found this computer on Newegg, and I cant decide what would be a better deal.

I am concerned about quality, pricing, and lifespan. Which do you think will have better performance for video editing and games?

I think Cyberpower is crap. That Gateway probably doesn't use quality parts.
12 gigs of ram might be overkill. I don't know if it will help during video editing.

Take that component list from Cyberpower and buy everything off Newegg.
As for the SSD, I'd go for the 80gig Intel X25-M G2, just don't update the firmware.

What brand PSU comes with that Cyberpower? I'd go for atleast a 750 Watt PSU to be safe. Those GTX 260s are power hogs.
