has anyone tried playing on this or a similar configuration?

What are the rest of your PC specs, including the RAM config and PSU model ? What's the resolution you are targeting to play this game ? 1080p, or 2K ?

Your PC meets the min and recommended requirements for this game so you should be able to play this game on medium/high settings, Non-RT mode, depending on the settings applied.

But don't expect an explosive gaming performance since the GTX 1070 Ti is not a very powerful GPU, unlike the latest gen series, but it is still sufficient for gaming.

BTW, I don't know about a similar PC config as yours, but this is my friend's PC (see below), and he can play this game on 1080p resolution, high/ultra settings, and even on 2K if he lowers down some of the video/graphics settings, all with a decent playable frame rate/FPS. This is without Ray tracing/RT.

After enabling RT the performance tanks since this game is very demanding on the hardware, but it is still playable since he has a powerful RTX GPU.

Specs:: Intel i9 9900K with 16GB of DDR4 at 3800Mhz, a Samsung 970 Pro SSD 1TB M.2 NVMe, and Windows 10 64-bit on a GeForce RTX3080.

cyberpunk is futuristc GTA .
so you would most likely face issues as it's an open world game you're trying to play with that set up .
