hello, I have a question that I imagine is simple, but I can't solve it is about the time of each clock, in cpu with higher clocks
example: 1 nanosecond = 1 clock cycle at 1 GHz. 3 GHz 3 nanosecond
I imagine like it is so correct me if I'm wrong

but my doubt is, if my observation is correct, wasn’t it for the cpu with the most clock to make the clock cycle faster to fit within 1 second?

3Ghz would be 1/3 of a nanosecond...
