D-Link DIR-619L Authentication Problems

Hello,

I am trying to hook up a D-Link DIR-619L to ethernet in order to broadcast a new wireless internet. Ehternet passes through to computers just fine. However, when I try to connect any internet-enabled mobile device to it -- computers, a smartphone, a tablet -- they cannot connect, citing "authentication problems".

I've tried changing and checking the password. It has nothing to do with those, even when I know that the password is correct. I've also tried factory resetting it, to no avail.

Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Did you do the quick setup? If so, it setups up WPA and WPA2 ... try with only WPA2. You should find that under the manual wireless setup.
