I Have purchased D Link Dir600M N150 Wireless Router I Configured with PPPOe connection it working.But What is enable DNS relay option in simple .Should I Enable or remove tick.

You're unlikely to notice any difference between having dns relay enabled/disabled. I wouldn't worry. The Internet is awash with pages that will describe dns relay if you want to understand what it is.
