D-Link Router Problem

I have D-Link 600M Wireless Router. There's complicated problem in Router. It's not working many times, When I start the Router only Power and Internet LED lights comes up, but there's no WIFI light on modem. With this problem I can't get into my config page also. When I connect through Ethernet then , there's only LED...
But , In the laptop there's no connection.

So, Please Help me with in this situation.

Turn the router on and hold the reset button for 30+ seconds. It will reset to factory settings. Re-setup the router as if you just bought it.

you could not acces it if the wireless mac address of the wi-fi device is not set in permit list so check it wired for the wireless settings .
