d3dcompiler_32.dll is either not designed to run on windows

Hello, I'm got this error while I attempt to run some games (Far Cry Primal, GTA V). Im using Window 10 x64 and newest drivers for RX 560 from the official site. Im searching for a fix for this error from 2 days with no result. I got DirectX installed, Microsoft Redistributable whole package. I reinstalled my Windows and still got it.

Already tried that... Mine is not missing. It says "bad image" "corrupted or not designed to work with windows"

are they steam games? try reinstalling them.

Nope they are free cracked games from torrents. I reinstalled them with the new Windows.

What about some dll repair software?
