system has had its problems recently...
was spontaneously rebooting. highly annoying.
i believe its a program cauzing it to do this.

and the crash log says its rebooted due to a bugcheck, with a corresponding .dmp file.

thing is... i only kinda know which program or combination is cauzing it...

how can i extract useful info out of the .dmp file?

very strange.
i think its kazaa media downloader that is cauzing it, so i upgraded to a new version, and it still happened :(

so where can i find out what all the garbage of a BSOD really means?

Supposedly you can find out what the error messages mean if you search Microshaft's database. I've never had any luck though (mainly because the language seems to be from another planet to me). Maybe you're more computer savvy than me though, and can understand what all those numbers and strange heiroglyphics really mean. If you can't, post the error message in it's entirety. Someone here can translate it for you.

no dice for me

found out its IDE problems. bigtime
something to do with my drives the southbridge/controller and FSB overclocking.
its fried.
still working at the moment at 133... but doing something intensive like divx encoding cauzes crashes.

Disable the automatic reboot. When your bluescreen comes up again, jot down the first two lines and come back here and reply to MY post (so I'll get it in email). I'll look up the error for ya.
