Question Dark colours on monitor fading problem

Hey,

I have a problem with my monitor. When there are dark colours on my screen and they move (for example a dark window where you scroll up and down) the dark colours seem to fade a bit.
I made a video to try to show what I mean but you can't see it really well. At 0:05 you can see it the best if you look at the gray colour, if it's still difficult to see you can try to turn down the play speed to 0.5x.
It's not really annoying me but you do notice it and it can get in the way sometimes. If you need any more information from me just ask and I will try to answer the best I can.

EDIT: The monitor I'm using is the LC32JG56QQUXEN by Samsung if that helps

found a solution, all I did is made my resolution higher and it went away, but there's still a bit of lag
