DARK ROCK 3 's bracket lying on capasitor pins DARK ROCK 3

Capasitors pins are too long just 1mm under CPU backplate. Dark Rock 3 has foam on the bracket but I will apply pressure on those pins when screw the bolts

Guys,
I got Gigabyte z270 gaming k3 lga 1151 socket and cpu cooler Dark Rock 3. but the backplate of the cooler is literally laying on some elements around the CPU . Will be there a problem when i tighten the bolts ?

What elements? Is the backplate 'arched'? If so flip it over.

it has padding underneath but it looks laying wrong for me

Hard to see from the images, but it looks alright to me.

The margin is just the thickness of the processor's backplate . Those few elements pins (in red) will stick all the way in the rubber padding of the cooler backplate. what if they are longer than this processor backplate thickness?

Anyone with difficult like this ?
