Question dark souls remastered bed of chaos boss unbeatable (bug)

hi everybody.
i have a really tedious bug in my d. s. remastered.
i was approaching bed of chaos boss but after droping down the arena i realized boss health bar is not shown and , eventhough i smash against side "balls", nothing happans and i can't do anything to beat the boss.
what hell bug is this? where it comes from? any fix for that? i am frustraited , as you can imagine.
at thias stage i can't move forward the game
