Question Dark vs light tint on glass side panels

Im looking into building a PC with RGB in it but i dont know if picking a case with a darker tint to it on the side panel will make the RGB look too dim.

Particular case im thinking about is corsair obsidian 500D.

Tint or no tint for RGB?

Just my opinion. I'm running a no tint side panel with RGB......and if I had a choice right now to go with tinted....I wouldn't because I think it would be too dark.

Depends on the specific tint. Some cases have a really dark tint to their TG, others it's not too severe at all.

The 500D doesn't appear to be too dark when populated with RGB, although it's pretty dark at 'stock'.
