[SOLVED] Darker Colors Appearing Pixelated

For some reason, when there are darker colors (mostly black) on the screen, they get very pixelated. My monitor is the Dell S2417DG with TN panels. I've tried adjusting gamma, colors, and brightness but none of that worked. Is it just the panel type or is something else?

What cable are you using? Can you try another one?
PC Spec?
Does the monitor do the same when hooked up to another PC?

Sorry, I gave you access, you should be able to see it now. But I'm using display port, I see similar issues when using hdmi for things like the switch and ps4.
Graphics card: Nvidia 2060 super
CPU: Intel i5 9600k
16 gbs of ram
Don't really have a way to test it out on a different pc

Motherboard?

Is the ram a kit that is listed on your motherboard memory QVL?

These things sometimes rely on being able to swap out suspect parts.
If we can't then a lot of the time, I can't get a successful solution.

Prime Z390, recently had to replace the memory, but it works now. I had this issue before I replaced the ram. I recently was messing around in the Nvidia control panel, I was able to fix some of the color bandings but a lot of the grays got washed out. But right now I'm using the default settings until I figure something out. (Sorry about not mention that stuff before, this is my first pc)

Try another GPU.
Try your monitor on another PC
I saw the google picture - sorta messed up.
