Hello Members,
What could be the reason that after 2 days of use my darkflash CPU Cooler fans start to wobble when using linux OS. When I switch to windows and play csgo they don't wobble anymore. What could be causing this? The thing to note here is that the wobbling started after 2 days.

its possible its a driver problem. I can only think windows takes some control of fan speed when its running and that linux doesn't.

Apart from you asking question here , there isn't many questions about linux and wobbly fans

Are you sure cooler is attached firmly?

sure its not because fan speed changed? - link - have you looked at fan in windows while its just idle?

most cases of wobbly fans point at fan being cause

The fan's body itself is not wobbling, the fan blades are. The fan and radiator are firmly attached.

I personally also think that linux os is the one causing it, but again why did it start happening after 2 days of use. If os is causing it then it would have started to happen asap as I booted into linux.

It could be a faulty fan. If its only two days old, you could get a replacement

I would contact either Darkflash for a replacement fan or the seller for a new unit.

website is broken... it loads but I can't select any of the product areas and its contacts page never loads.. nothing works

or is this them? https://darkflashtech.com/collections/cooling
