data error (cyclic redundanct check) / cant read from source file

I cannot open rar files in my E: Drive it says : data error (cyclic redundanct check)
And when i try to copy it to another drive says: cant read from source file
My E: Drive has only one folder having 55 rar files and give me above errors when i try to open or copy it

I Have Tried chksdsk e: /f ,It Says 0kb in bad sectors Please help!!!
