Question Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

"Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" TIMETEC 3DNAND FLASH MODEL SD09 ... it was unplugged while formating. . anyways it shows unallocated and 953.87GB is only a few months old. just wanted to get working again couldnt care any less about any data bs recovery.. please if anyone could offer a solution. thanks sooo much for any help
i tried checkdisk clear that worked but could not get it formatted and thats about as much as i know how to fix them. i emailed the manufacturer but no reply back yet

Disk 3 is fine. Leave it alone.

For Disk 4, clicking that space does NOT give you the option to "Initialize"?
