Question Date & time changes automatically

My pc shows me a new screen (linked below) whenever I switch on it; evweytime I swtich on, I have to reach the BIOS interface & power on windows from there. Simultaneously, date & time of my pc gets changed after such start
Both the issues appear only if I turn off the switch of my power socket (to which my cpu is connected) following shutdown. Otherwise, if I simply shutdown my PC & turn it on, everything works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If CMOS battery is faulty, time & date would change upon every restart. But in my case, only when I turn off the switch in power socket, the time changes
What could be the issue? Pls explain

No. That is not correct.
On restart power doesn't get interrupted. There is still electric charge left in capacitors. Enough to retain BIOS settings/date/time.

Replace the battery.
