Question Day 3 of being unable to upload a YouTube video with no answers. Error 504 and unable to access creator studio

As the title says I keep getting this error and I also cannot upload (when i try it is just stuck at 0% upload and showing nothing then the error occurs) any videos for 3 days now as I keep getting a “an error has occurred while sending data over the network” when I have tried out all the steps provided to fix it and none of them are working. I have tried using chrome and Firefox, using incognito, I already have my comp plugged into my modem via Ethernet, my internet speed is 50 down and 11 up with a stable connection, I temporarily disabled my anti virus to try to upload, nothing works. Can anyone please help? I have asked Reddit and the youtube google help community forum, still no answers or replies.

Make and model router?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may be capturing some problem.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person to check the logs.
