Day Z system requirements for high settings

will these specs work for high setting on day z
GPU: GIGABYTE Geforce gtx 660 oc 2gb
CPU: Intel core i5-3470 quad core 3.2ghz
RAM:16 gbs of ram corsair vengeance
Was wondering if i should use a i5 3570K Quad core 3.4 processor? Need help please good specs for high settings or even ultra or so forth

I would recommend getting the i5-3570k, it's currently one of the best gaming CPUs on the market.

You would be able to run DayZ on high settings with that GPU. That amount of ram is unneccessary unless you plan on doing other things besides gaming.

Okay thank you so 8gb ram is good enough i would say what about the gpu is that good for high settings im going to get i5 3570k instead anything you would reccomened or is this a good gaming rig

SSDs make your games load faster, but as far as actual performance during the game it doesn't effect anything. I wouldn't spend the money on an SSD unless you could spare it.

well im waiting till july 15 or so to start my first pc gaming experience so thats when im going to buy all the parts and so forth. Hopefully the prices drop and since dayz standalone is coming out soon.

I can't wait though, I have my $60 ready to go just for that game.<3 The vids of what they have now is pretty sweet though

I have my money ready to go as well i cant wait i was seeing a lot of post saying it was going to come out in june or something like that but who knows. i cant wait i just got sick of console gaming its so cheap and boring. Wanted to upgrade and soon i will ive been wanting to play day z so bad lately. its addicting but yeah i cant wait either whats your specs on your pc such as cpu gpu everything just to get a feel of whats good or is mine good? Whats a good gaming rig custom built
