Hey guys,

I have asked this before but still no answer. My specs are

i5-6600
Gigabyte GTX980ti
16GB Ram
Corsair VS 550w PSU
ASUS h110m-k Motherboard

So basically I buy a brand new computer and build it 2 days ago having such high expectations. I load csgo and only get Max 34 FPS on high settings and even if I change to low settings exactally the same. Yes I have updated my Drivers, Done a clean install, No my HDMI is not plugged into my motherboard it is plugged into my GPU I have disabled Vsync and enabled it does nothing. I ahve changed nvidia control panel settings Vsync off and Prefermaximum performace ect... and Im really pissed of that I buy a good PC just to relise it runs like shit. BF4 at Ultra I get 150 FPS which is good just RUST, DAYZ SA and Csgo giving me low FPS. Rust I get about 80 FPS on high sometimes then soon as I move or enter a new place it drops and stays to 20FPS exactally the same with DayZ I get like 200FPS away from building and cities but soon as I run into one I drop to 15 FPS and even changing all the settings and Configs still the same even on all very low. Its pissing me off and I'm sick of it.

This is MSI afterburner running while Im playing CSGO:

DayZ is similar Please help im sick of it

Solution
Your symptoms correspond to situation when gpu operates in low performance mode.
Have you connected both 8pin PCIE connectors to graphics card?
Your PSU seems rather weak for 980ti (it needs 600W PSU).

I just ran a benchmark test on heaven and was maxing 80 FPS the whole time, yes I have connected both 8 pin PCIE connectors. I was told 980ti would been fine with 550w still can't work out why and also my PSU would'nt be the problem for this particular situtation I dont think

EDIT: SKYNET YOU [watch your language] GENIUS IT WAS IN POWER SAVER MODE IM GETTING LIKE 300FPS NOW THANKS BRO <3 YOY
