I used DBAN's command Autonuke for just 00.10%, and as soon as I realized it is wiping my laptop hard drive, I tried CTRL+ALT+DEL, didn't work, so I turned off the computer by pressing the power button. In F3 quick commands; autonuke was not listed there, so I thought I will be able to choose my non powered external hard drive, just like the interactive mode, but no ....

Can I have my data back?

Solution
Do not install Windows on the drive you are trying to get data from, you will end up over-writing your files even more.

Remove the drive from the computer, set it up as a secondary in another system and run Recuva to scan the drive.
Are you able to boot the laptop?
If not, you may need to pull the drive out and access it from another computer. See what you can see using explorer. If you are missing stuff, use GetDataBack Simple free version to at least determine if it can see your data, if it does, then you can pay for a license and recover it. Or look for free recover tools.

Thank you, No. I used usb flash disk recovery, repair option (Windows 8), but no luck. Is there any software that I can use to boot by itself (just like DBAN) w/o any OS to try to recover some data?
Or should reinstall windows (refresh option) and then use recovery software from /within the OS?
I heard about EaseUS, recuva; but is there any super powerful (just like DBAN in wiping) software recovery? Either at boot time or in regular windows environment?
