I have very old PC and I want to upgrade it.

system: motherboard: asrock G31M-VS
CPU: pentium dual-core E5200
RAM: ddr2 2gb kingston
GPU: GF9400GT 1gb


I want to upgrade CPU and GPU, also RAM.
What is the best options? Thank you.

That isn't an "upgrade", but rather a whole new PC.
What is your actual budget for this?
What will you use it for?

Motherboard/CPU/RAM.
New GPU?
A new PSU to run it.
Might as well put it in a new case.

I can add 2 gb ram, I just find CPU options and I want to know best GPU option for my motherboard.

That motherboard has a PCIe x 16 slot so something like any of the older 7000 series AMD graphics cards or the 700 series Nvidia cards should work well. You have to make sure that your PSU can handle and support power connectors wise for any new graphics cards you decide on.
