i have purchased a used Lenovo branded pc, Thinkcentre M79 Tower
Processor AMD A8 PRO-7600B R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G, 3100 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
builtin is R7 graphics with feature level DirectX12 so i don't need dedicated graphics card. when i use dual Ram it's working as 128bit.
i don't have SSD. hard disk is stupid sata 1 (i forgot to check it when i purchased)
My pc's motherboard support DDR3 2133Mhz and processor too ("Dual DDR3 2133" us written on the motherboard) but it has 1600Mhz Ram when i purchased it.
i wanted to know that how much different it'll make when i use DDR3 2133Mhz (by comparing to 1600Mhz) with this specifications (without ssd and dedicated graphics card)

What is the purpose of this pc?
I assume it is for gaming, when the graphics is all important.
With integrated graphics, faster ram does help.
How much, I can't say.
Here is a ram speed scaling report on DDR3 ram.
The processor used was intel with integrated graphics.

My best guess might be a 5% fps difference.

At some point, it will be the cpu that holds you back, more than the graphics.
Try this simple test:

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely...

?????

0 difference on the ram

but WHY did you buy that system?

it's so worthless.
you can get a 60 dollar i5 1st or 2nd gen optiplex and it will be miles above that.
i have purchased it in around 60$(according to us $ price right now)
i think you did not read the post or maybe you are noob.
intel processors are mostly useless without dedicated graphics card, even third generation of intel processor don't support feature level DirectX12
i have played many new games on it. GTA V, mad max, watch dogs 2, sleeping dog, sims4, AC4, (shadow of tomb raider set DirectX12 by default)
