I did testmem5 with pcbdestroyer configuration checking for errors for at least 4 hours. it completed the entire test successfully.
Then I also ran an additional 5 hours 30 minutes of extreme1 overnight configuration with testmem5 as well. which didn't have any errors or crashes either.

Would you say thats enough time to test for 32gb DDR3 memory running at 2000mhz?

My ram at stock settings is at 1600mhz 9 9 9 24 with RAS 240 (No useful xmp profile.) Patriot Viper III memory brand.

overclocked my ram is running at 2000mhz 11 12 12 28 with RAS 250

(Some secondary timings are also changed slightly but so far it seems fine)

I haven't experienced any suspicious crashes or any freezes bsods or corruption so far.

Should I do more testing or would you say I'm likely in the clear?
sfc /scannow doesnt find any integrity violations

My cpu is also overclocked to 4.6ghz from stock and seems stable so far.
I also checked with prime95 large fft for any imc instabilities and it came up clear for at least a few hours of running.

One more test to try, https://www.softwareok.com/?Download=QuickMemoryTestOK&goto=../Download/QuickMemoryTestOK_x64.zip
It works in Windows while they are running so it's not only HW check.
