According to the "Jedec JESD79-3D" standard, SPD speed of DDR3 memory is limited by 2133 Mhz. But I can`t find any memory stick with capacity 8 Gb and such speed on the market among many producers. They suggest only memory, in wich XMP profiles are realized, but my motherboard doesn`t support XMP profiles of memory. I`ve spent so much time already... Please, help me.

Sounds like you have an AMD mobo, which basically does use XMP - they often use what they call DOCP or EOCP which will read the XMP data off the sticks and apply it as close as they can - Will want to be sure your CPU can handle 2133 sticks as many can't - Probably want a FX 83xx CPU at a minimum
XMP profiles only mean that you can automatically set the speed from bios with one click, you still can also use manual settings for memory speed for those modules. Most memories seem to be XMP capable these days, you can still use them with your motherboard though if otherwise compatible.
