ddr3 vs ddr5

i'm little bit confuse about ddr3 or ddr5 graphics card..
which will be better,2 GB AMD MOBILITY RADEON HD 8670 DDR3 OR 1 gb AMD RADEON 7650M DDR5..

DDR5 has double the Transfer rate of DDR3
