Hello ,


I have used 8 bit DDR3 in one of my production and now am shifting to 16 bit DDR3.
will it cause any thermal issues if we are switching from 8 bit to 16 bit DDR.

If you mean 16GigaByte (GB), then no, thermal issues shouldn´t be a problem

More memory does create more heat when you're using it, but not a significant more amount of heat unless you have bad cooling to begin with.
