DDR3L 1600MHz vs DDR 4 2133MHz

hai,
I saw two laptops with completely same specs but
1)one of the laptops had 8GB DDR3L 1600MHz of RAM with graphics of 4GB DDR3L NIVIDIA 940M (RS. 59000)
2)and the other laptop had 8GB DDR4 2133MHz of RAM with graphics of 2GB DDR3 NIVIDIA 940MX (Rs.56000 )
would there be any noticeable difference in performance between these two different types of laptop?
suggest me to which one to buy?

The DDR4 8GB will definitely be better than 4gb DDR3. Also the DDR4 laptop will have a 6th gen processor, and the GTX 940MX is slightly better than the 940M. Go for the Rs.56000 one.
