DDR4 2133 or 2400 for video editing??

Hello! first of all happy new year to everyone, hope u guys had a great time! Have a simple question, is DDR4 2400 better than 2133 FOR VIDEO EDITING? Last week I was using premiere, after effects and media encoder (one at a time not all at once) and noticed memory usage was almost 100%.. I even got a message on premiere saying low memory.. I currently have 16GB of DDR4 2133, I was not using any other program whilte editing..and NO I do not have a virus on my PC, it was all adobe programs.. I will say though that the video I was working on had lots of effects and media layers in it, CPU usage is also high when using this programs, I left on 5GB of ram for non adobe programs on settings... I will upgrade to 64GB but don't know what speeds I should get.. I also do gaming on this PC so wanted to know if speeds will also affect gaming, but my priority is video editing, I'm looking at 2 RAMs to buy but cant decide.. 2400 is cheaper than the 2133.. and last question will the 2400 also work on 2133 if I set it up on the bios? thanks!!

Get this OP, decent RAM sticks, but a killer deal atm, $15 cheaper than any slightly other better quality kit.

Optimally though i'd get a duplicate kit of the one you already have to avoid potential compatibility issues.

The difference is negligible.

3000MHz RAM would maybe make a small difference (for editing)
But 2133 vs 2400 makes little difference.

Thanks for the reply! I need low profile ram since I have the dark rock pro 5 and also for more capacity.. the ones ur suggesting are 16GB, also my mobo only has 4 memory slots which means I can use 4 sticks of 8GB a total of 32GB or 4 sticks of 16GB a total of 64GB.. im going for 64 GB..but thanks!
