DDR4 2666 MHz,CL15 or 2133 MHz,CL14

Solution
Can your motherboard support 2666? What is your motherboard. If it can support 2666 then it's better, if not, then the 2666 will run at 2133 but with cl15 so it will be worse. Both cases - you won't notice a difference.

I think the Asus Z170-A can handle 2666.

BTW, Why does it say (O.C.):
3400(O.C.)/3333(O.C.)/3200(O.C.)/3100(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2600(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)
Do I need to overclock it?

It doesn't really matter for the OP, but usually, when memory has to run at lower clocks because of motherboard limitations, it also runs at lower latency. 2666 CL15 RAM running at 2133 will probably use CL13 or CL14. The only way to know for sure is to look at the RAM's SPD info.
