ddr4 and socket 2011-3

Should i buy pc with DDR4 and 6-core procesor with socket 2011-3 . Will i need this in the future of gaming ? Or it will be enough when i buy 4- core and socket 1150 and ddr3 ? THX GUYS

4 Core i5 Haswell and 8 DDR3 1600mhz is more than enough to run games... You need the big 6-8 cores CPUs if you truly need serious CPU power. Furthermore Its much better to invest a GPU than a CPU where the different is only about 1-2 frames (i5-i7) and you could have a higher performance gain.

But actually i will work in Game Engines and movie editoring so ...........
And i will have only 60 hz monitor so i dont need very high power, but later (maybe 4 years later) i will buy another 1 gtx 970 so i will have gtx 970 sli ...

Well I apologize, you didn't give me enough information to help you.
If you have the money for the i7 2011-3 go ahead and get it, it would help with your projects and offer a smoother operation in using heavy programs in one session. IMO I'd just get the 2011-3 because if you could afford it now it would be cheaper down the road... instead of replacing it later on.
