DDR4 Can't Get XMP To Work

New setup and the second I Pick XMP profile 1 it fails to boot. keeps me at 2100 Instead of 3200 my ram is.

Setup is Giga z170xp-sli, i7 6700k. I have flashed my bios to the latest to.

What's the model # of the DRAM? Any OC on the CPU (might require a small OC for 3200)

Looks to be fairly standard DRAM, might need a bit of an OC on the CPU to run at 3200
