Question DDR4 Memory Upgrade Questions

Current System:
ASUS Prime X-470-Pro Motherboard
16GB DDR4 3200 RAM
Ryzen 5 5600X CPU
Radeon RX 6700XT 12GB VRAM

Thinking about upgrading the RAM to 32GB....2 x 16

Wondering what the best Latency and timing I should be looking at.

This is what I've had since 2018 when I originally built the system:

Team T-Force DARK Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model TDPGD416G3200HC14ADC​

• Timing 14-14-14-31
• CAS Latency 14

Looking at the reviews on Newegg several mentioned problems and also mentioned the timing wasn't that good. I assume the the higher the cas latency number the better? Still not sure what the best timing would be.
