DDR4 Ram Timings Tightening

Hi, I have Team Dark Pro ram 16gb at 3000MHz cl14, but it dose not work at that speed, so I have it a 2933MHz cl14 and it works perfect with no change in voltage. I was wondering how tight of a timing can I try on this speed and ram with out causing an issue?

Voltage is at 1.35v with no intent of increasing it

No this would be for an Intel system i7 8700k with a z370 motherboard
