DDR4 XMP Not Working - Can Run at 1.49V ?

XMP will not boot. Setting manually at 3200MHz everything else on auto puts DRAM voltage at 1.49v and it boots fine. Is this okay to run for long-term? This is for a customer.

I don't know of any tutorials. I've tried different settings and I get the same results.

It will run at
2666MHz 1.35v CL16
3200MHz 1.488v CL17

That's what it auto sets to when manually setting frequency only.

Which would you run it at? Should I be worried the RAM is bad and may fail?

*Update:

Alright, I didn't want to run anywhere near 1.5v

So I loosened the timings some more and found 3200MHz 1.35v 18-19-19-39 works and that's what I'm going with.
