Purchased a 64gb kit of DDR5 Corsair Vengeance RGB 6000mhz (4x16). Everything is fine until I enable XMP (4200 to 6000Mhz). Cant even get into the sign-in screen before the PC crashes and tries to reload windows or POST. Here are my specs

- Updated to the latest BIOS before booting into windows for the first time***

UPDATE: Here is what XMP is trying to set these DIMMS
6000mhz 36-44-44-44-96 @1.4V

CPU: i9 14900k
GPU: 7900xtx
MB: Asus Rog Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi
RAM: 64gb Corsair Vengeance RBG 6000
PSU: EVGA 850 Gold+ SuperNova
Storage: 3x 980Pro 2TB

that ram is not compatible with your mainboard, thats why ram produces errors when you try to overclock it
both corsair and your mainboard doesnt list your ram sticks as compatible

corsair shows 5600 max with their RAM offers for your mainboard and no support for four sticks
your mainboard QVL shows 6000 max with two sticks, while no support with four sticks

on the other hand, your mainboard QVL shows plenty of G.Skill sticks running at 6000 with four sticks

Daaang. I assume its fairly new and support MIGHT be released?

Running 4 sticks of DDR5 isn't reliable no matter what, but sticking to the QVL gives you the best chance of it working. It's possible that the memory controller on your CPU just can't handle it, but I am a little surprised it isn't working as the speed isn't that high and timings are relatively loose.

I'd suggest dropping to 2 sticks of DRAM 24GB DIMMs seem to be the best quality memory IC (unless you're looking at 7800+) though if you really need 64GB total 32GB DIMMs are available.

Thats fair, dang thats too bad. However instead of using XMP (I haven't really fine tuned anything) I just went into BIOS, left AUTO timings and corrected voltage to 1.4V and a speed of 52-5600mhz, and it works no problem
