I would consider these dang close to new. Took them out put them in a motherboard and ended up not finishing the build.
They have not seen power.

that price reminds me year 2017 when DDR4 was overprized, got back than 2X16GB 3200CL14 tritent Z also for 400 bucks xD tho they can be atleast overclocked nicely to 3733 CL16
