assuming an old intel it 4460 with an msi h97 gaming 3 (MS 7918)
assuming the graphics card has died and the cooling station fan is wrecked and you look at this computer as a computer for mostly work and not an gaming pc
and it was not used almost at all
how much could you value this computer assuming somebody wants to buy it as a side pc for work ,or has a graphics card of his own to put in it and not for modern gaming today
the problem with valuing this is that its rarely on sale on amazon and most sales of this kind of pc or valuing it was from ten years ago when it was worth 10x more with a graphics card ect
