I was just wondering what problems would occur if I used the Display driver uninstaller on a system with an AMD processor. Also, would a clean install of windows fix all the problems (if any)?

AMD FX-8350
Asus Crosshair V Formula Z
16gb ddr3 ram
Radeon HD 7990
Evga Supernova 850g2 psu

Games: Skyrim, watch dogs, saints row 4, assassins creed 1-4, far cry 3, fallout 3, and many others.

Well then why am I not seeing fps difference when changing resolution? I am pretty sure that is a processor problem

I didn't reinstall windows 8 yet, but I'm going to be using the same disc. It also keeps telling to activate windows even though I already did (probably from getting a new motherboard)

so you change motherboard and cpu without reinstall windows?

Come to think of it, I did reinstall windows, but low fps problems persisted. So I RMA'd my video card. Read this so you can see all the problems I've been having.
