DDU wont open

So im having problems with my gpu drivers so i have been told to clear my drivers with ddu and reinstall the latest drivers. However when i try to open ddu nothing opens up and the only thing that changes is the folder i have ddu installed in (comes up with ddu logs, display driver uninstaller.exe.config and display driver uninstaller.pdb). Also when i try installing latest drivers now i get errors like 1603 and only the display driver fails to install if u have any idea what is wrong please help.

Did you run DDU in Safe mode and as administrator ?

Yes I have but still nothing opens
