I say go with the ABIT IS7. The Intel boards just aren't stunning. They're designed to be rock stable, but sparse of features and generally not very speedy. They're everything that a growing OEM needs, but nothing short of boring. Other boards out there are just as stable but give you much more bang for the same (or less) price. Personally I like the Asus P4P800 over your Abit and Intel, but that's just me.
