Dead Graphics Card?

I am not sure but I believe that my graphics card is dead and that I can not see anything, all I have is a black screen. I am not positive if it is the graphics card but I'm not sure. When the computer loads if it does it shows me a screen saying the the overclocking failed and to press f1 to launch setup menu. My PC is not overclocked so I'm snot sure. Please help asap.
