Question Dead motherboard on an old system replacement

My decade old motherboard just died. Need an emergency replacement until I sort out a brand new build.

My line of thinking was grab mobo with a new SSD for the fresh install, compatible with my old system components.

On Amazon:

SHANGZHAOYUAN H97M PRO Motherboard Micro-ATX LGA 1150 Motherboard with SATA3.0, USB3.0, NVME M.2, PCIE 3.0, 4*DDR3 Non-ECC, support 4th/5th gen Intel Core i3 i5 i7/Pentium/Xeon Processor​

Only doubt about it's viability is that a product review mentioned something along lines no RAM detection above 1333 issues. Also lack of support when it comes host of driver issues or updates.

Any opinions or alternative mobo suggestions with budget of around £100?

-CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor LGA 1150

-Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (dead)

-RAM: F3-2400C10-8GTX its G.Skill 2x8 GB but can't find exact model, this is what it shows on CPU Z:

Where are you located, do you have a microcenter nearby, how quick do you need this, and how much are you looking to spend?

Based in London UK, micro centres within commute distance yes. At the latest by Friday. Looking to spend around £100 on the replacement motherboard.
