Question Dead Pixel?

I am not sure if this is a dead pixel or something else but the display was replaced on my laptop last month by a lenovo technican and I noticed this a few days ago. It doesn't feel like anything on the screen. I contacted them but I'm curious.

I had the same issues when they repaired my display.
They say it's not their fault.
